Quantery is a private, local-first desktop app, so there is no login and no account to sign in to on this website. Instead, the two things you might want to manage each live where they belong: your license lives in the app on your device, and your billing (the optional Support & Upgrades subscription) lives with our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. This page shows you how to reach both, and lets you check a license’s status without signing in anywhere.
Nothing here requires an account. We do not store a password for you. Anything sensitive — your card, your invoices, your license key — is handled either by Lemon Squeezy or by the desktop app, never by a login on this site.

1. Manage subscription & payment method
Your optional annual Support & Upgrades subscription (free for the first year, then $99/yr) is billed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Everything to do with money — updating your card, viewing or downloading invoices, changing the renewal, or cancelling — is done in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, not on this site.
Lemon Squeezy emails every customer a secure “manage subscription” link. You’ll find it in your original purchase receipt and in each renewal reminder. The link is tied to your email, so it opens your billing directly — no password required.
Can’t find the link? Open your purchase receipt or most recent renewal email from Lemon Squeezy and look for “Manage your subscription” / “Customer portal.”

2. Your license key
When you buy Quantery, Lemon Squeezy emails you a signed license key. That key is what unlocks the app.
- Find it. It’s in your purchase confirmation email (subject line references Quantery / Wayland Holdings). Search your inbox for “Quantery” or “license key.” Keep it private — anyone with the key can activate the app.
- Activate it. Open the Quantery desktop app, go to Settings → License, paste your key, and activate. The app registers this device as one of your activations.
- Manage device activations (“seats”). Your license includes a set number of activations. To move the license to a new machine, deactivate it on the old device first (Settings → License → Deactivate), which frees a seat, then activate on the new one.
- Your license is perpetual. Even if the Support & Upgrades subscription lapses, the version you already have keeps working — you simply stop receiving new updates until you renew.
3. Check your license status
Want to confirm a key is valid or see its entitlement? Paste it below. This performs a read-only lookup — it does not activate, deactivate, or change anything. Activation still happens inside the desktop app.

4. Cancellation & refunds
You can cancel the Support & Upgrades subscription any time before it renews to avoid the next charge. Cancel through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (see section 1); cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term, and your perpetual license is unaffected.
All sales are final and fees are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. It’s your responsibility to cancel before a renewal date if you don’t want to be charged. See the refund terms and billing terms for the full details.
